Streampoint Solutions maintains log files of all access to its site and also monitors network traffic for the purposes of site management. Retention of information
Streampoint retains information as long as we believe it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected; but not to exceed a period of two years. Currently, the principle place in which Streampoint holds personal information is in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Access to your information
Streampoint permits access to and review of your information held by Streampoint. If a User believes any information concerning that User is not correct, that person may request an update of that information by sending a request to the e-mail address indicated in the “Questions” section of this Policy. Streampoint reserves the right not to change any information but will append any alternative text the User concerned believes appropriate.
Streampoint reserves the right to decline access to information where the information requested:
a) Would disclose personal information of another individual or of a deceased individual;
b) Would disclose business confidential information that may harm Streampoint or the competitive position of a third party;
c) Is subject to solicitor-client or litigation privilege;
d) May harm or interfere with law enforcement activities and other investigative or regulatory functions of a body authorized by statute to perform such functions;

Where information will not or cannot be disclosed, the User making the request will be provided with the reasons for non-disclosure.
Where information will be disclosed, Streampoint will endeavor to provide the information in question within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days following the request.
